3. App Permissions & How They Are Used

a. Default Phone App Role

The app may request to be set as your default Phone app.

This permission is required to:

  • Make and receive phone calls
  • Display incoming and ongoing call screens
  • Handle call states (ringing, active, ended)
  • Without this role, the app cannot function as a phone dialer.

b. Contacts Access (Optional Permission)


Access to Contacts is completely optional.


You may choose to grant or deny this permission.


The app works normally even if Contacts permission is not granted.


If you grant Contacts access, the app can:


  • Display contact names instead of phone numbers
  • Show your contact list within the app
  • Enable speed dial
  • Allow you to create or edit contacts


If you deny Contacts access:


  • You can still make and receive calls
  • The dialer, call screen, and call handling work normally
  • Phone numbers will be shown instead of contact names
  • Contact-related features will be disabled


Contacts data, if accessed:


  • Is used only on your device
  • Is never uploaded, stored externally, or shared
  • Is never used for advertising, analytics, or tracking


c. Call Information


  • The app shows a local call history related only to calls handled by the app while it is set as the default Phone app.
  • Stored locally on your device
  • Not transmitted outside the device
  • Not shared with third parties


4. Data Storage


  • All data used by the app is stored locally on your device only.
  • We do not use cloud services, external servers, or third-party data storage.


5. Data Sharing


We do not share user data with:

  • Advertisers
  • Analytics services
  • Third-party companies
  • External organizations


6. User Control


You are always in control:

  • You can grant or revoke permissions at any time in system settings
  • You can change your default Phone app at any time
  • Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data


7. Data Security


Since all data remains on-device, the risk of external data exposure is minimized. We take reasonable steps to ensure secure handling of local data.


8. Children’s Privacy


This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
